I'm trying to think what to say. I love movement. And I've been watching So You Think . . . for the last week. I know the look and the feel of ballroom - and much of it I don't like. The constant sensuality bothers me, it has so little to do with the real and honest side of life. But what you have done here is capture the movement - and in doing so have turned what can be immodestly and unwisely overtly sensual into something far more exalting - the lines of these dancers say movement, but they also say joy and freedom - the rejoicing that comes of that physical freedom - the healthy workings of a body run by a passionate, joyful soul. These dancers are like little fountains of light. And MY favorite is the jive girl - I feel her motion inside of me, looking at the portrait. Well done - dignity, motion, joy, skill in every single one of them.
I love them. My dance school recently moved and they don't have proper sings for the men's and ladie's rooms yet. I want to give them such signs as a present. Would it be ok if i used two of your images for that?

These are great Laura! Awesome gestures, really nicely polished. The top one is my favorite.
Wow! All I know is that drawing people that are dancing is HARD, I, like, panic when I fail at it. You have been blessed, keep it up!
